Why is it that I've never seen or ever heard of this back stretching device until 2020? After going back and forth about buying this product on FB, I finally pulled the trigger and purchased. 11-12 days days later I received my packaged and tried it out, and let me tell you, it is worth every god damn penny. I've always struggled with minor back issues my whole life but not enough to go to the doctor to get it "checked" out. Since using this thing for a few minutes everyday my life has changed. No I'm not being dramatic. For those that have had chronic back problems, you'd understand the struggle of living with it. It's not fun. All I can say is that it worked great for me, and for those that have dealt with some form of back problems, give it a shot. Amazed at the improvement of my posture after using Acustretch for just 10 days. I honestly had some doubts after seeing this product on FB but tried it out regardless. I don't have any real issues with my back, but always wished I had better posture so I said why not. Best. Decision. Ever. I'm not going to write a whole essay about my experience, but I basically used Acustretc once in the morning after waking up, and once at night before going to sleep. Over time my body started to adjust to its natural curves and I naturally stopped slouching. I love that it's a natural way for your body to gain its posture back instead of getting surgery or going to a specialist to get your body "fixed". My brother who doesn't have any posture or back problem even uses it to crack his back which I guess can be used for that? I recommend wholeheartedly to anyone looking to correct their posture and feel great going to sleep and waking up!

Shipping was around 6-7 days after order. Very nice product to relieve chronic back pain! I use it at least 10 minutes when I feel some back pain and voila. The different levels allows for a variation of stretches depending on your comfort zone :)

I bought this lumbar stretcher on a whim. I was looking for pillows to help with my pain while sleeping and saw this. The relief I felt the first day was worth it. Considering that a decent massage can run $70+ an hr., this was worth the money. This thing stretches and cracks my back as well.The fact that your spine is cradled inside the slot makes me less squeamish about the whole "cracking" process. The difference in the three levels of stretch is pretty amazing. As much as I'm used to stretching and cracking my back, the hardest level is too much for me first thing in the morning. By later in the day I'm fine with it though. The lowest level is safe for mostly anyone with chronic back issues. A Good buy.

OMG! I have the worst back pain after being hit by a car in 2010. I had back surgery 3 years ago to relieve some of the pain and sciatica pain, and yeah it helped. This thing a miracle! I used it one time and felt like I could actually do things without whining about how much I hurt! Are you kidding me!?

This is the first back stretcher I have ever owned. I have been extremely impressed with how well it has been helping stretch my back considering I do yoga and stretch every day. I highly recommend if you do not own a back stretcher and want a good place to start, that this would be a great purchase for you! I love how compact the stretcher is and how I can easily slip it under my bed when I'm not using it. It’s also extremely lightweight and I was worried it would break because it was so small, but in fact it does exactly what it says it will do!

This device is incredible. I have a bulging disc and braces and other types of back stretching never quite got it right for my lower lumbar region. I also have a shifted tailbone from the same injury and my back pain has subsided substantially after just a week of use for 10 minutes a day. I've even cut down on my intake of OTC pain relievers and noticed I've been sleeping better as well.

I use the medium height and it works great. I'm always asking a family member to crack my back after a long day at the office.....but not anymore. This baby does the trick and I love the sound of my back cracking as I lay down onto it. 10 minutes on it and I'm good for the night. Definitely worth the money for you crack addicts out there.

It’s late, I'm in bed and realized my back is not feeling all crunched up. It has to be due to this great little device!!! When it came in I looked over the directions and thought, really? I can put it at the highest arch! I used to do backbends back in the day! Well let’s just say I started on high and immediately sat right back up - it was attempting to stretch me in ways I was not prepared for!! I moved it back to the lowest level and have been laying on it 10 minutes, 2 times a day for a week. I just today moved it up the second position. It provides super support as it stretches and unkinks all those muscles that get crunched up sitting and walking on hard floors all day long. My 6’4”, 225 lb son who is home from college even started using it and says it’s helping his back! It's very compact so I will be putting it in my suitcase during my summer travels and look forward to the day I can really use the highest arch!

I have had this product for a while now and it is amazing, it is the perfect size which makes it easy to move around with you throughout your home or where ever you might be. It really helps to stretch my back and shoulders and has really helped to relieve my back and shoulder pain. Very durable and super easy to use. I have lower back pain due to my job. I needed to start stretching it more. While it does do a nice job of stretching the back, it's painful to use! What are those nubs?? Are they for pressure points? It is sooo painful to lay on that i have to place a blanket on it just so i can lay comfortable to get a good stretch. I'd give this product 5 stars if they removed those nubs.

I like the fact that's easy to assembled and easy to use. Has 3 levels I'm doing level 1 for a couple weeks but already try level 2 but I can't do more than couple minutes. On level one I'm fine up to 20 minutes at the time. Really stretch your back so careful standing just roll to ur side and wait a minute before standing.

So I could write a page but that’s not needed. I have L4-5 and SI issues. Typical big man low back crud. I own an inversion table. I own a traction table. I've had a series of 5 cortisone injections in my low spine. I do therapy. I do stretching. I've gone to chiros.
This little plastic dodad has given me more relief and vertebral adjustment than anything else in years. Really.
In short if you have not enough lordosis and have posterior bulging this maybe ideal. Your body weight will push against the curve and that’s what I needed. Within a day I was able to twist and pop the joint off my S1 nerve.
It cheap and simple and just what I needed.

I have purchased many products hoping to relieve my back pain. I love this product, it works much better then laying on two tennis balls. I used this product as directed and had a significant relief in my upper back pain within a few days. It is great because when you are laying on it, it is not putting direct pressure on your spine but gently stretches out all the muscles and tendons surrounding the spine. It is super easy to set up and take down. Way less clunkier then an aversion table but just as effective! Received my package after 7- 8 days after order.

I have suffered from back pain for the past 20 years and am always looking for a better way to stretch my back to relieve the pressure from a door on my feet. Though this product is not one that will allow me to get rid of all my other methods, it does a great job helping me get a little more relief. It is best to start at the smallest adjustment as the instructions state, but I was able to move up to the second adjustment quickly for a deeper stretch. I use this at nighttime, in addition to other methods to help relax my back muscles and get a better night's rest. I would recommend this to anyone looking for some extra help with stretching their back. Especially at a low price, you really have nothing to lose.

Very useful thing. Because of osteochondrosis on the wall climbed from discomfort in the vertebrae. Prescribed treatment from a neurologist did not help. Lying on this emulator is felt as the vertebrae stretches and there is relief in the back. Definitely recommend!

I work at a PC all day and this device has brought me great relief. I lay on it as soon as I get home everyday. It's always a bit uncomfortable at first as it stretches my back and gets it to slowly relax. I admit, I sometimes spend 10 minutes on it just because it makes my back feel so much better. The little knobby things on it are not so bad as long as I stay clothed. I wouldn't lay on this thing without a shirt. All in all, I'm happy with it and it saves me a weekly chiropractor copay.

I want to preface this review by saying that I've used this for three days. I'll update my review in a couple weeks. I fell from my grandparents' porch and landed on my back when I was a child. They had an above ground basement, so I fell a pretty big distance. I also developed bad posture as a teen. I've had some back and neck pain my whole life. Two pregnancies with large babies probably didn't help, either. For the last few months, my pain became more serious, and even more so after beginning to sit at a desk for 8/9 hours at a time at the beginning of August. I decided to order this back-stretching device on a whim. I do still have pain (It's only been a few days), but I've noticed that I can move my right arm more easily, which is crazy to me. Just a few days ago, I was in pain while wiping myself, and I'm still a young-ish person. After laying on this device, I feel at peace and like I can get some sleep. I've had insomnia for a long time and hadn't realized it was spine-related. I'm hoping that this will eventually fix my hiatal hernia, as well. If you can't tell, my spine has caused a lot of problems for me. I'm sorry if my thoughts seemed jumbled, but I wanted to write this review after using the back stretcher again and before I fall asleep.
